Shipping Policy

We ship to all locations within Australia and freight charges are only valid within Australia.  If your goods need to be shipped outside Australia, please contact us for a free quote.  All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Shipping is $8.00 (+GST) per order for orders under $100.  For orders over $100, we offer FREE shipping to any location within Australia!

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?

Standard turnaround time on orders is 7-10 business days.  We also offer an express shipping rate for urgent orders.  Turnaround time for express orders is 2-3 business days.  These lead times are an indication only.  However if you choose the express option and you haven't received your order within 3 business days, please contact us and we will arrange for a refund on the additional freight charge, if we are at fault.

Returns Policy

Slicker Stickers accepts no responsibility in the event that you change your mind about a purchase or for wrongly purchased items.

However in the unfortunate and unlikely event that there are defects with any of our products, please contact us and we will arrange for you to return the goods and a refund or exchange will be negotiated.  Returns are only accepted providing that the goods are in their original condition and that you contact us within 7 days of having received the goods.
