Subscription Cancellation Policy

We are thrilled to be able to now offer subscription box services! The only stipulation is that by subscribing you must receive a minimum of two boxes, after that point you can cancel your subscription at any time... Easy! :)

To ensure your subscription is cancelled (or paused) when you would like, please ensure you action this via your customer login on our online store prior to the payment date for your next order. All subscription box order payments will be processed on a set day for you each month (see your customer login for details). If you do not cancel before that time you will receive that months order, we cannot be liable to cancel a months subscription order once payment for it has been processed.
