Do your prices include GST?

All advertised prices include GST.

Can I order online but request an invoice for payment when I receive the goods?

If you are ordering on behalf of a school in Australia & have a school purchase order number, you can pay on account (upon delivery of your order).  To select this option, click the 30 Day Account button in the payment details screen when checking out.  This option is only available if a school name and address has been provided.  Otherwise, payment can be made with credit card/debit card.

What are your shipping costs?

We charge $11.00 for delivery of any order Australia-wide.

How long will it take to receive my order?

If the products you order are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 4 business days.  We use an overnight express service to send all orders, so you can expect to receive your order within 2 business days of us dispatching it.

If you need your order sooner than this, please contact us.

If the products you order are not in stock, we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

What locations do you ship to?

We are an Australian based company so we ship anywhere in Australia.  For deliveries outside of Australia please contact us at: sales@schoolmerit.com.au.

Where are your products made?

All of our stickers, ribbons, certificates & charts are manufactured right here in Australia!  Other items such as our pencils and badges are outsourced from suppliers worldwide, including the United States and China.

Can you supply customised stickers or ribbons?

Yes!  We are a manufacturer so can make to order providing you meet our minimum order quantities.  For custom stickers, ribbons, pencils, badges or certificates, please contact us at: sales@schoolmerit.com.au.
